A very good morning to you all, whether you be Sky Poker forum regulars, or newbies who just want to follow the action & maybe join in the fun.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday sees the Sky Poker Tour convene at the swanky Alea Glasgow, which sits in the heart of Glasgow right on the banks of the River Clyde.

And for those who like a bit of detail, Glasgow is the UK's 4th largest city by population, considerably larger than Edinburgh which sits 50 miles along the M8 to the east, & which can be reached comfortably inside an hour - providing you have a helicopter, obv.
Play starts at 4pm on Friday, with Late Reg open until 8.40pm.
Saturday starts earlier, 2pm, with Late Reg closing at 6.40pm.
Sunday is a 1pm start, as, ideally, Sky Poker don't really want the event to finish too late, as folks have to work.
Full details of the structure are here;

If you are planning to come along, whether you already have a seat or not, PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY, so as to avoid queues, & the probability of being put on the Alternates List.
If you have already won your seat, it would also be advisable to bring ID.
Dress-code? Just be sensible, really. Hats are permitted, but if you plan to wear a baseball cap, try to wear it properly, or you might look a little silly.
All sorts of folks turn up at these SPT's, these three lads were seen at SPT Brighton recently.
The fella doing the talking is - obviously - Neil Channing, the Sky Poker Ambassador, the somewhat rotund chap with the beard is MTT hotpot Matt Bates, & the young boy is James, the Sky Poker office junior.
Any questions, fire away please, but keep them simple.

"Looking forward to defending my title as @SkyPoker #SPTGlasgow champion this weekend".
Fighting talk, that.
Would it be unwise to mention last night's football results?
Afternoon to you all from a thoroughly wet, dull & miserable Glasgow, though it's all sunshine & roses in the Alea.
A few regulars here already, Dog Bloke, Sid, Mad Monk, & Silly Hat.
Identical twins? CTBN & the rear end of a hippo. Remarkable likeness.
Oops, wrong way round....:)
Good luck all
Alea Glasgow, our home for the next few days, sits in what I think is known these days as a "Leisure Park".
Usual schmusual - Alea Casino, Odeon Picture House, Mecca Bingo, Costa Coffee, Hollywood Bowl, Nandos, Custom Burgers, Chinese Restaurant, and of course for lovers of authentic Italian pasta, Benny & Jerry.
These dreadful photos help tell you how wet & miserable it is here. Ugh.
