Hand of the day so far involved MOTHER aka @Amarie

Two way with an aggro (but pleasant) local who appeared to be speaking in Norwegian, they saw a flop of 4-4-9, & it went check-bet-call.

Another 9 came on the turn & the local lad literally jumped out of his seat, everyone in the room absolutely knew he had hit that 2nd 9 & so now had 9's full.

The river was a blank, but now the chips were flying, & Local Lad proudly showed J-9 for 9's full. Mother then showed her Quad fours......

The prize pool settled at £63,600, so 318 entries/re-entries. That'll do nicely.

Average stack is currently 37,000 with blinds and antes at 400-800/100.

Alea have done a great job here, it's been run very well.

    Apologies @bert21

I played today, and expected to exit in time to get back on the updates, unforch my exit was delayed.

Hopefully we can do better tomorrow and have some fun.

I'll post all the chip counts in the morning, well before play starts at 1pm.

    Chip Counts incoming

There are THREE batches of chip counts, so be careful.

First batch will be survivors from Day 1A

Second batch will be survivors from Day 1B

Third batch will be the consolidated lost of DAY 2 players.

    That make sense?

Next time some dreamer says online poker is rigged for action, what about this corker from yesterday?

You may have noticed the chip leader has a MONSTA stack, way out in front.

Well he clashed with Thoich near the end of Saturday (Day 1B), like this......

    99 v k8 on 984k8

How do you ever get off those coups?

When play starts at 1pm, this will be the situation......

    Hi cheezy,

The tables & chips are all set up by Doug, who is the Tournament Director.
