Think we'll try & see if we can run Fat Club again in 2019.
Idea is to gee each other along in a quest to lose weight.
Quit Smoking - or cut down - will also be part of it.
We did it in 2018 & it worked pretty well, & between us, we extended our lives a little, which can't be bad.
Guidelines follow.

Ideally, our weekly reports should include weight loss in the week, & overall, as well as progress in cutting down on the smokes, & exercising more regularly.
If trying to lose weight, the Weekly Report on Friday should, if possible, include photos like this;
Photos not mandatory though. Nobody is going to cheat, & if they do, they are fools.
I'm the last person to lecture anyone about weight issues - my weight swung across a 3 stone range last year. I started at around 15 stone, got down to 11 st 12 lbs by June - then piled most of it back on. I don't know my current weight, but I bet it's close to 15 stone.
So ideally we should set personal targets, for weight loss, exercise or cutting down on ciggies, as applicable. You can do any or all of the three.
Then, we report on progress - or lack of - every Friday.
Until I weigh in this Friday, I can't set exact targets, but I reckon I'll be close to 15 stone.
So here are my preliminary targets;
1) Eat better, & get down to 14 stone before SPT Manchester.
2) Resume exercise. I'm going to try & walk 2 miles three times per day. That alone will help enormously.
I'll post my weight this Friday along with my targets, hopefully others will do the same.
So, who is in?
Ideally, we need 5 or 6 to get us going.

My target weight every year is 13st so this year...maybe
NO alcohol until Manchester SPT- I normally do dry January so another week or so isn't a hardship...that's worth 5 or 6lbs every year!

**** I had a good Christmas.
Just added a weight loss app and it suggests getting to 12s 6 by feb next year. I am aiming to be 14s ready for a August holiday in Jamaica.
Then target 13s by Christmas
