Don't know how many is still doing this however I need to be generally fit for my job which I find easy but would be a lot easier if I was lighter, I am a fat fit or was before I took time off because of a hip problem.
I am defiantly at my heaviest I would guess 94kg (being 5'8 is heavy) will confirm at the gym today (if I go). My aim is to get to 85kg by Christmas so if I document it here it will give me motivation.

I understand nutrition, gym routine, and know that if you eat the right food it can sometimes seem like you never stop eating so there is no reason to feel hungry. Its just easier to eat bad. If anyone needs anything gym routine wise or nutritional advice I might be able to help.

I gave up smoking approx 7 weeks ago ,its 1st time I really wanted to and 1st time ive told anyone, its hard, looking through here gives me inspiration so keep it up folks. Grumpier than usual particularly later of in the day, tired and can't sleep but apart from all that i feel fine.....:-)
My wife is doing a no carb diet but I think that might be a step too far at the mo.
