Cheers...it took a while for my new regime to kick in... I went up in week 1 ffs! Just been for a 5 year health check so will post results of that alongside Friday weigh in
I realise that this update is 4 days late but one thing and another have prevented me updating. I was also a bit apprehensive as I am going to face yet more abuse from the old man.
I managed to lose a massive 0.6lbs. Taking my overall loss to 1.6lbs. Staggering stuff!
My body fat fell once again and that is down 1.4% since we started.
Goal is still to be at 13st 10lb by SPT Manchester. Big price me achieving that.

Not even a Sam! Had other things on my mind this week, as developed a fun allergy to penicillin. Now I am no longer glowing in the dark, can get back to this.
Had a full health check on Monday( for people of a certain age..well worth it tho) Cholesterol 5.7 needs to be 5.0 or less but more importantly the top end of my weight range is 12st 9lb...no chance so depressed and had a pizza! Still no alcohol tho

Really outdone myself this week. A whole 1.2lb loss. Off to celebrate with a chocolate orange.
Starting weight = 14st 5.25lbs
After Week 1 - 13st 12lbs
After Week 2 = 13st 10.5lbs
After Week 3 = 13st 6.25lbs
Total loss after 3 weeks = 13lbs
Really pleased with week 3 after such a disappointing week 2.
Had the perfect diet & exercise week, all scheduled walks completed (21) & ate all the right food, no exceptions.

No chocolate or crisps or processed foods, only 1 takeaway/ restaurant meal a week.
Have also been trying to eat plenty of fruit. After dinner, if having anything at all (8/9pm), maybe just having a banana / orange.
I've been doing 3 runs a week for about 30/40 mins each, also a fair amount of walking and other exercise.
