45 left, so outside the money? If so I'm folding, to be honest I'm probably folding anyway, I could be up against two players with 89 and I'd still lose to the 88x flop. Hate poker. Hate Christmas. There, see if you can out grump that!
It's a close one. Depends if the short stack has a big bounty or not for me. You could be in great shape against 2 underpairs, you could be in awful shape against the opposite. If they both have overcards then you only have roughly 30% equity, although you are only concerned about losing to the bigger stack obv.
Toss a coin, if its heads then call. Tails then fold.
Yeah, I don’t think that it’s a big mistake whichever way you go on this one. I probably don’t call enough in these spots.
As Tom says, winning the side pot is decent enough. The bounty was worth around £20 for the guy I cover
I did call and I did lose the hand but I’m happy enough with my decision. The run out wasn’t great but I can’t do anything about that so it’s ok.

A bit of a chapter in my life came to an end yesterday which was very sad. A good part of it was my fault though. We live and learn.

I ordered a new car. Most happy with it
2 weeks today until Rooney makes his debut for the mighty rams and we begin our march to automatic promotion

5 left i shoved KQ on the button for 10 bigs and KJ called in the bb and hit
