Double report this week as I forgot to report in last week.

Painfully slow now, but still going in the right direction.

Years ago I could get down below 12st, but it's so much harder now.

It's gone OK though. As I do each year, I'll quit at the end of this month, hopefully somewhere around 12st 5lbs. That'll have to do for now.

Tony, Impressed with your dedication to stick with this...

No work, no focus lots of food and drink meant I drifted until a week ago when I decided to get my pushbike out...NOW a daily circuit of 5.5miles with two target times to complete it( 1 time with H,1 time without!) has brought about a renewed effort, notwithstanding I need to sort my monthly donations to G’s charity which has drifted as well! ( G..pension day 26th so will sort it then..)

    Start weight 14 8
    Current weight 14 3

    Revised targets

    14st by end of May
    13.5st by end of June
    13st by end of July

Realistically, that would be as good as it could get!

    Gl rest

A much bigger loss than expected this week, happy days. That's quite a lump considering I'm on Week 20, at which stage losses tend to be very small. I've not done a thing different this week, so it's a bit of a mystery, but I'll take it.

My plan was always to stop at the end of May, as I do every year, usually just prior to heading off to Vegas, though not this time obv. So this will probably be my last week on Ryvita & all that nonsense.

12:12 yesterday - has fluctuated between 12:10-12:12 during lock down.

Am going to update during July on a Friday morning to lose a tad more, if anyone else still fancies it the more the merrier!

Good luck @LARSON7 , I have not been near a set of scales for many months. Back in March I knew I would end up on floor weeping at the results. What was your goal weight again?
I guess for a lot of people the lockdown will have gone one of two ways, boredom leading to snacking leading to “ did these jeans shrink in the wash dear?” moments. Or, right time to put lockdown to good use and lose this weight. Pretty sure I know what “weigh” @madprof has gone😄

Yeah well done Larson...soon those disgusting socks you buy won't fit ! ;)

14 3....so the upside is I'm less than I started and lockdown snacking has been compensated by daily cycling- 15 miles yesterday- so not too disappointed

I am desperately trying to break the 14st barrier and was planning to report then...

    Decide to take this serious,

    Bought decent scales,
trying to average 1.000 cals a day,
    cycle 10 miles a day,
drink booze one day a week,

started keeping a spreadsheet on Monday 22nd, dropped 4 1/2 lbs, first week.
