Where appropriate, refunds will be issued, but you will need to contact Customer Care. They are probably quite busy at the moment, but you don't need to contact them immediately, you can do so on Monday morning.
What does 'where appropriate' mean Tikay? If you were playing during the issues?
I was in the same tourney and same table as tomgoodun, I emphasise. He had a good stack and from my view was the best player at the table and perhaps the tournament.
Doubt I would be in the position in the tourney as I am now if Tom was still in it. Would feel like a hollow cash and maybe victory now.
Can only say I love the community here and hope when PS take over some of the spirit would remain.

If you speak to Customer Care who have been briefed on the issue, they will issue a refund where it seems appropriate. It's hard to be dogmatic & say who will & won't, as some players were affected in different ways, but if you explain the problems you experienced to Customer Care they will do what they consider necessary.

I'd rather we did not get off topic in the midst of these issues, but it's my present understanding that PS won't be "taking over" Sky Poker, Sky Poker will remain a standalone site run by Sky Poker.
Was multi-tabling DYMs and sats and cost considerably when you have to fold hands like KK pre-flop.... Tough to say how much was lost but it's been my biggest losing day in months/ever.
If they let us know by text/announcement I would have stopped playing. Only realised it was the site once I realised my other internet applications were working and other players were complaining.
Hope they can refund everyone's rake for the day and provide appropriate compensation for losing players at the very least.

You will need to contact Customer Care if you had problems with DYM's.
They can't just refund everyone - some were affected but will have won their games, others were not affected but lost.
Get hold of Customer Care (in the morning will do, no need to do so right now), explain where you had specific problems - unable to play hands etc - & they can see if that's the case via table logs & issue refunds where appropriate.
It's been an issue all weekend but this evening it became unplayable - the reload table message was popping up every few minutes tonight and I was timed out of countless hands.
I kept having to reload tables but so did most players at my tables, only issue i had was with the 50p tourny it just woudnt reload it. just to let you know ? @Tikay10 i wont be asking for a refund these things happen so rarely on here so no worrries

A reminder that Tournaments starting AFTER 10pm but before Midnight have been cancelled.
It's currently expected that MTT's will resume at Midnight, starting with Midnight Express.
MOST customers had no issues at all, but a small % certainly did have issues.
Just flopped trip jacks with AJ v AK AIPF though, which never happens, so maybe there is something wrong...?
Ahhh happy days NOT
