    Sorry for my ignorance but i was wondering how sky will contact players to let them know the outcome as i'm assuming players will be affected different (i.e buy ins)? And have people already had their case settled? Thanks in advance :)

    I'm not yet sure how they are settling these, though I know many players have been in touch with CC & seem to be happy with the outcome, judging by feedback on this thread.

    So I would suggest you get hold of Customer Care & explain your particular case. I have no voice in these matters but I can see (from Sharky) that your case is quite complicated, as you were on site most of the day & played over 40 events. Around 12 of those were DYM's or SNG's of which you won 9, but it's much more difficult in the case of the MTT's.

    So I think CC might be the best route for now. I'm quite sure they will be completely fair & reasonable with you, especially if you nice & cooey-wooey with them.

    Thx, I played the dym's earlier in the day so they were not affected only the tourny's from half 6 on. I shall take your advice and contact them again thanks for taking time to reply :)

    Just finished a cash game session.
    It did it again for me at 10.38pm.
    All tables disconnected, had to close them and reload again.

    The problem is back it has happened twice in the last 10 mins - affecting all tables and loads of guys are sitting out - hoping the maintenance later will fix the problem for good.
