Looking for threads to troll on a barely trafficked forum on a two bit poker site on a Saturday night. A life truly well lived...
Thank you.
Genuinely, the energy you plough into these utterly inane HHs could be so much better spent on something more productive within your game.
Look back at all the hands you post; it's beyond boring and absolutely no-one cares.
I know you'll likely chirp backing about not caring and this being a section for 'bad beats' yadda yadda yadda but until you have a mindset shift you'll just go round and round in circles.
They will only say 'i once saw a hand playing live in 2005, where etc etc etc', in answer to these Bongo son. I posted 3 omaha straight flushes in 40 mins on here that i had the other day.
Essexphil said it was 'only' 1100-1 for just one, so this is the mentality that you are faced with.... however many highly unlikely outcomes you can post.
I have a copy of Phil Helmuths Bad beats and lucky draws. You will see at least one hand daily online that would comfortaby make that book and more than likely, several more.
All you will get is 'you see more hands online'. Which is ridiculous, cos i saw those three 1100-1 shots in less than 100 hands and in 40mins.
They dont seem to get its not a single bad beat that lets them down, its the combined odds of the many on a daily basis that kind of tell us what the score is. Its called simple maths.
The only other excuse used many times is 'you tend only to remember the bad beats'... clearly the last example, as with my own, blows that out of the water too.
When sites use these phrases as their only way of backing the unlikely performance, it really does not help the situation.
Not you, I, or anyone, ever ascending the Moulah~Benji heights, with 'variance like this' Final table £5.50 BH. One of them, big stack small stack situations! get it all in (90%) jolly, after the turn Snap Called Pocket Cards? Who had what? AJ suited, top pair top kicker, drawing to NUT FLUSH. and pocket 5 8 off suit. Things were looking 'reasonable' at 9/1 ON, but.....
@misterpj With reference to your hand above, 9bb's should've been an open shove pre flop. As played deffo jam the flop if you're gonna play the hand. The river card is unlucky however you lost the hand because you played it less than optimal and your opponent had got themselves in a position where they felt committed to the hand(they were getting 3/1 to call)and this is deffo isn't variance.
Rofl, if I am going to play the hand! Exactly what I did, as a 90% 9s on shot. Let me guess, OPTIMUM call, by the CALLER? WHOM snap called with 10% hand equity, 1 card to be dealt. you gotta be LABOTOMISED. here, juss 4 U, next tourney EXIT HAND. Chip Leader, by a distence running, erm cough awfully Well.
Nice Barnet Mr. MOHICAN. ? you stand by your scribe? This. meek little me, disagrees, wish to discuss OPTIMAL.? the MONIES went in (wanting the snap call) 90% v 10%.... even team/club Haiti.. Struggling, too avoid, The Steam.. Coming off that big pile off..... How do you rate Mr Phil Hellmuth? He don't agree, either 😉

GOOD LUCK
When i had 7 notifications.... I thought EVERTON had beat Man City 3-2 for the Forum Comp.
By the way, absolutely no need to go broke on the river in that 22 vs A4 hand.

Good luck.
And yes, the energy and time spent posting these HHs (literally minutes at a time), could doubtlessly be better invested.
The same could probably be said of the time you spend trolling. Odd too, that if you and no one else cares, the time that's spent communicating this.
But, as you say, good luck to you too.
It's Unlucky ...... but you're one step closer to you're 'SUCK OUT' on someone else
