Acerag, I have tried posting hand historys by copy / paste from hand history file but for some reasson didn't work, any help would be appreciated. Smiler, as far as I know PT3 and HEM are not compatable with SKY Poker.
In Response to Re: Diary of a losing recreational player. : RE ;Trebors thread PMSL when I saw this connection DOHHHHHHHHH...or was it genuinely missed by everyone. Am I not mistaken but didn't Trebor make sherbets...........I'm sure someone could tell me. Posted by billyboots
With the sharp wit by all the posters on here, i doubt if it was missed!? I certainly smiled when i read it, and yes i believe it was Trebor that made the sherbert fountain with a stick of licqorice sticking out the top p.s. great thread.
Yeah, I am collecting HH from the main poker lobby through the My Poker Tab. Selecting detail, that shows the hand in a nice blue box, and then copy / paste it. Below is what I tried to post along with the HH. Don't know what I am doing wrong, but it is a ball ache.
Trebor are known for their extra strong mints and sherbet fountains, but perhaps the name is most recognised worldwide in the context of Trebor1968, the greatest poker player the world has potentially ever seen, and the player most likely to challenge Ivey and Dwan at the upper echelons of the poker world and many pundits tip for next years main event, and then I woke up.
Session 4 Won £4.73
Played a long session today and played a very loose aggressive style for a change. This meant that at one point I was nearly £40 down, but managed to pull it back to end on a winning note. I think I shouldn't of played today as I have not slept for nearly 30 hours as I was working last night and think tiredness affected my play. In future I need to refrain from playing straight after a night shift.
Been messing about and have sussed how to post hand history so keep your eyes peeled for them to come flooding in for your amusement and enjoyment. Just to get us started here's a tasty little Bad beat, dedicated to Dohhh, its pretty special. First one since I started thread so well worth a look. Enjoy Dohhhhh.
Bizarre bad beat!! When you check raise the flop, does he think your bluffing? How were you playing to this point? To push with 1 overcard after your 1/3rd stack raise doesnt make sense at all. I would give up playing after that and think the site was rigged/assume a bot for sky and all sorts of rediculas things lol. Obviously you didnt tilt and made aprofit for the day so well done. Thanks for this thread trebor,, it may inspire me to b/r myself and play for profit instead of for fun and see how i do. Keep up the good work
Standard session of approx. 1 hour. Won 2 decent pots of over £10. Both hands played themselves and were not extraordinary in anyway. Had to stop as off sledging again. Will be playing later.
So tempted to enter the £15k bounty hunter direct, but have taken the far more sensible step of entering the £7.20, 18.10 sat, wish me luck. This is a sign of me maturing as a player and I am sure without this thread I would have just gone for it. I will let you know how I got on.
Finished 43 / 88. Below is the hand that really messed it up. Was sat in top 15 at time and saw an opportunity to get a really decent chip stack. Didn't work out this time. Hey Ho.
Just had a quick 45min cash session and won £24.95. Was running like a god, and even better my opponents were part hitting the flop, until the below hand hit, the poker god has a sick sense of humour.

Have decided to buy in direct to tonights £15k Bounty Hunter, perhaps I have not matured as much as I thought with regards to my poker playing. I have justified this descison on two fronts. Firstly had a couple of really good cash sessions today, so can afford. Secondly I work nights so don't get to enter as many of the 8pm MTT's as I would like so need to grasp the opportunity when it arises. Expecting a few lectures on BR Management, but life's a gamble and you have to be in it to win it.
Just crashed out of £15k Bounty Hunter finishing 169 / 609. Claimed 2 bountys for £22.50 so only cost me a tenner. Below is the hand I basically went out on. Looking back not sure whether it was the right play in the long term. Advice please.

shocking call and bad beat, i mean j 9 come on one over and all in ..........sigh
I am currently running and playing unbelievablely well. I am trying not to get too carried away but I am feeling pretty invincible at the moment. In the session I have just played approx 2 hours I lost only 4 pots of more than £4, with the largest being £5.26. I did, however suck out once for approx £18, sorry AYRGRAHAM, and I have to say I was impressed with the way he took it, a true gentleman and obvious long term winner. I don't know whether it is just coincidence that I am having one of my best runs on the cash table since I started this thread or whether it is really focusing my mind. I really don't want to being posting losing session after losing session on this thread and believe this is having a positive effect. Long may it continue.
Alright Trebor - The title of the thread doesn,t seem fitting now
you look to be goin well. I been playing about same time, but for some reason started off on FL cash at £1/£2 - I then played STT,s , then MTT,s , then cash from 10p ml to 50p NL and now I,m playing micro limit cash , DYM<s and the odd MTT sattelite - its just about finding your level and working yor way up from there Its changed over 5 years but I would advise not to move up to quickly and stay disciplined - things like this thread should help with that - gives you more incentive
Those MTT,s are tempting. I sometimes play the satelites out of the profits on grinding at low - micro stakes cash. If I don,t make a profit there I generally won,t play any MTT sats
Continued to run well until the hand below. Looking back should I have got away from this or was it just one of those hands. I have a feeling the top players may have laid it down.
Killer hand was the one below. Again should I be getting away from it.

Been playing on NL£20 couple of days now and amazed how may regs there are, wasn't really expecting this on SKY, thought it would be more recreational players. Just wondering what people's thoughts were on the regs at this level and who I should be avoiding and who I should be hunting down.
Just had a quick 1.5 hour session in between sleep and night shift. Pretty standard play with nothing exciting to report. 3 weeks to Christmas and then I can relax at work again, working for a big supermarket is not good in December. It appears the end is nigh if you look at the amount of food some people have bought in the last 2 days. God help us if we ever get some real snow. I will ocntinue to post on this thread, despite the apparent lack of interest as I believe it is really helping me focus on my game and is making me a better player as a result.
