    In Response to Re: The WSOP Main Event fun starts NOW : Absolutely! His overnight stack was mis-reported, he was on Dan's Table yesterday, & Dan was 100% certain that Teddy ended the day with 400,000 or so, but could not be bothered to formally sign for his chips & "bag up". Also, someone asked about the "mystery" of the missing 5k chip as reported by Liv Boeree yesterday.   They checked the cameras & no evidence of funny business was found, & it was assumed that Liv made a mistake. I think Liv later suggested "it was a bit of a mystery".   It's quite common for players to mis-count their stack, or suggest they are "short", but it's rarely true. Sometimes, yes, but not often.

    Not a good time to run into a set there. Unlucky Mrac but well played on a fine cash.

    Thanks to Tikay for all of the excellent blogs and updates.

    Hope everybody that has been out there has had a great time.

    This was a superb thread, thanks to all who contributed, both over in Vegas and back here in the UK.

    The Sky team did us proud, very well played to you all. Maybe Marc is a somewhat controversial character, but one thing is for sure; he obviously has one **** of a game. Having him sat at your tournament table must be an absolute nightmare. I hope we see Marc back over in Vegas in future years, this guy is definitely capable of binking a bracelet in my opinion.

    This thread is why, despite many other gripes about Sky Poker, I still want to be involved. Top work from Tikay and the Vegas team, both known and unknown. Great support from the community (now, there is a word) for people that they have never met.

    What a fantastis experience for all including thread-readers. I've thoroughly enjoyed it and felt involved.
    Many thanks to Tikay and the Sky team and the fellas here(Bugallo, aussieo9, Woogie, Myzo etc) for providing such a comprehensive insight into the WSOP.
    This is what Sky poker and the community is about!! BE PROUD!!!

    Twitter handles of Brits still alive going into Day 5 (only 282 of 6598 left);

    @CraigMcCorkell

    He's already won Event #36 this year; $3K shootout for $368K. Possible double bracelet winner

    @Sam_Holden888

    Made the final table in the Main Event last year

    @JP_Kelly5

    Well known pro player, sponsored by a rival site, won 2 WSOP bracelets in 2009

    (If you know of any more please let me know)

    In Response to Re: The WSOP Main Event fun starts NOW : Lol, I was half way through a tediously long & complex reply, but that is absolutely fair enough Dave, imo, that's your brief & remit, so you have acted correctly. The Poster had certainly been misled as to some of the points he made.   If the Gentleman who asked the question wants to contact me, I'll certainly reply fully to him. I believe he'll be surprised by the facts.   OK, on with the Vegas show.

    Is this anything to do with what has been said on blonde and 2+2 forums about one of the vegas qualifiers?

    I think someone needs to set the record straight, especially if he is going to wear any sky logos etc.....

    Hi All,

    Just wanted to say a big thank you to all those who supported myself and the other sky boys on the forum, it was brilliant to know we had all that support behind us. A special thank you to bugaloo for all the research, it was greatly appreciated, just a shame I could not use it a bit better!

    It was defnitely a once in a life time experience and I would recommend all you guys and girls to try the sats next year. If I can qualify, anyone can.

    A special thank you to Tikay and Julian who made me feel part of the Sky Poker team, I could not have wished to meet nicer people, they really make the experience that little bit more special.

    Finally, just to all the other lads Tommy, Neil, Dylan, Wayne/Helen, Matt, Sam, Marc, James, it was pleasure to meet you guys and hopefully we will be able to catch up in Nottingham.

    All the best

    Kevin Finan (or as Tikay likes to call me Kevin Smith).
