This has to be the hardest days racing of the year with very tricky races at three of our top courses all on one day. I really cant see why one of these meeting couldnt be held on Sunday. I am sure some racegoers would like to go to two of the meetings rather than having to choose and it must help betting turnover as covering so many races on one day could be very costly. Anyway rant over and here are the selections
iiii- ASCOT 2.25- SPANISH KISS - 15/8 - Ran all over rivals last time out and should win again. 3RD winner got first run although ours wasnt going to get there
iii- YORK 4.40 - WINTER POWER - 15/8 - Struggeld at Royal meeting but should return to form here. WINNER at 9/4 blitzed them all and she wasnt even trying the last half furlong
ii- NEWMARKET 3.15- NATIVE TRAIL - 11/4 - Trainer loves Newmarket winners and already had a few at this years festival, another that routed his rivals last time and should repeat. WINNER although close and could have had forecast with MASAKELA
i - ASCOT 3-00 - SIR BUSKER- 9/2- An old favourite who ran well against PALACE PIER last time and finally should get his just rewards . LOST realised too late it was round a bend. Probably wouldnt have made a diff but didnt help him as he likes straight races.

iiii- NEWMARKET 4-05- C'EST NO MOUR 7/2- Punters and the handicapper have been underestimating this horse for a couple of seasons and hopefully he is still ahead of most of them. 3rd couldnt pin them back
iii - MARKET RASEN 2.05- MRS HYDE 14-1 - Smashed VERDANA BLUE over hurdles at wetherby and then ran some other good races. Into a handicap for the first time after a couple of pipe openers on the flat. Looks like a plan. LOST NO PLAN DANGER- RED FORCE ONE 20-1 LOST
II - NEWMARKET 2.55 - BEAT THE BON 4-1- Hannon been having a lot of winners on this course recently and this horse ran well in Hunt Cup. Compensation for that awaits. LOST
i- NEWBURY 3.00 - KINGS LYNN - 3-1- Been unlucky in a lot of good sprints recently and lets hope he gets the luck tomoz for her maj. LOST didnt run very well

iiii- GOODWOOD 3.40 - HURRICANE IVOR - 6/1- Been unlucky the last twice and has won over 6f on this ground in France. Think he is well handicapped and by the look of this week , Well Drawn. LOST never in it DANGER - MERAAS 10-1 LAST led early and went out like a light
iii - GOODWOOD 1.55- BICKERSTAFFE 9/1- Won well last time and third behind two Royal Ascot winners at Newmarket looks very well drawn as well. LOST -Didnt get the stand rail and baulked by STAXTON as he made his run DANGER- MR WAGYU 12-1 WINNER 16/1 and won easily. and also had it in a forecast with ABLE KANE 33-1
II- GOODWOOD 1.20 - SPIRIT OF BERMUDA 7/2 - Won last twice and second franked form recently , still on upgrade. NON RUNNER DANGER- FARASI LANE 8/1 LOST Found trouble two or three times
