Trainer can train a high class winner as shown with ZAIN CLAUDETTE earlier in the week. 7TH battled on well
III- YORK 1.50- MY OBERON 7/2 - Haggas targets this meeting but has so far drawn a blank and this could turn it around for him. Won some good races and been very unlucky in a few lets hope his luck changes today. DANGER BRUNCH 8-1. LOST, not good picking horses against odds on shots that win easily
ii- SANDOWN 2.05- STAR FROM AFARHH- 9-1- This horses father is a bit of a hit and miss at stud but when he actually gets a mare pregnant the prodigy is near top class. Trainer has some good two year olds this year and surprising he has put a filly in this. Hoping she will win. LAST odds on fav looks very good

Had a good Ayr festival so far and putting my faith in one race for the Ayr Silver and Gold Cups.

Last time finished close 3rd behind POPMASTER, second fav for Gold Cup, and Royal Scimitar second fav for this. Tenderly ridden on that occasion after missing break. Has unusual jockey booking of PAUL MULRENNAN who has had a good Ayr so far and is usually used by Northern stables with fancies in this race. Unless the recent rain has affected the going bias, middle to low numbers have dominated the sprint races this week. Fingers crossed. Hoping he takes to Adam Kirby and can last home the extra furlong.
