Another **** day. it makes me sick you can play 4 tables and hit F all. and when I do everyone folds. Ruined all my hard work throughout the week this last day. down to £262, I need to loose 35 more to make it even for the week, I think that's definatly possiable. Would be an achievement to get back to that, would mean iv lost 10 byins in 2 days after not having a losing day for the 5 previous days. Im sure I can do it.

This guy leads in to me 3 hands in a row against him, what am I supposed to do. Seriously how the **** do you make this call, if I had anything im sure he would of folded. Amazing really.
I had intended not to post on this thread again, but I just had to.
I quote
" it makes me sick you can play 4 tables and hit F all."
Perhaps, then, it would be a sensible idea not to ship it all in at a small pot when you hit the aforementioned F all.
Just being able to get paid off when you hit is only a fraction of a winning players armoury. Not sp//ing off when you miss is equally, if not even more, important.
I am sure you will find reason do disagree with me, or just revet you your normal abusive self, but the above hands imo are just awful play, nothing more nothing less.
Hi Robbie your overshove technique is a high variance play You are happy doing it fairly wide so you will take some big hits short run that is not a problem if that is how you want to play but you do need to evaluate if more hands that beat you are calling than those behind in the longer term if so then maybe tighten your range or reduce the size of the bet Posted by GELDY
Hm true , this should of been a raise no point shoving, maybe it was frustration. Usually my over shove is for value. What do I do if he keeps leading out, and I don't hit , should I just wait or what?

Your life must be very dull. Thanks for saying how bad it was when i work hard and overcome my problems ill be thinking of u.
The fact you cannot, again, find a logical angle to rebuke my point must only serve to highlight that my point was in fact correct. Countdown to busto.........tick tock Posted by calcalfold
What will arguing with u achieve? It's pointless. I like ur comments it makes me more determined to improve keep them coming...
You need to listen to calcalfold. He is speaking sense. Some of the play is questionable at best, and if it makes you sick when you don't hit, why do you continue to play the same way?
A 10-buy-in swing over 2 days is pretty standard for cash, don't take it to heart quite so much and don't worry about how a single day up/down affects your bankroll.
Listen to cal when his come on my diary to me rude again saying I will go busto, i think that's so sad and i classy. I would never do that to another player out of respect and gentlemanly conduct, it's not nice.
Yeah I agree it's bad play that's why I posted it just for comments of help. Na Im not but its so dissapointed to finish the week and promo like this, gonna play tonight then tommorow a day off.
It's ok to fold AK if you completely whiff the flop and are led into. Or call his bet, in position, and re-**** on the turn. Shoving there looks exactly like the hand you have, so a pretty simple call for 99 imo.

lol The 3 hands you posted up, i don't know how you are ever going bust in any of them.
You posted up hands like this before, and you are doing the same thing yet again.
I dont know why, but the nice guy in me is going to offer help again to you.
I wanted to test your mental stabilty.
You may have some good ability you may not. I dont really know and will not pretent to know otherwise.
However, as an aside to the above, if you get angry at a couple of remarks from myself on this thread, I imagine you are also having some difficulty controlling your rage at the tables.
I admit I dont really like you, and no doubt you dont really like me, just a persoanlity clash. But in fairness I can relate to the determination you have to improve.
So I would suggest the next work you make is not in playing cards, but mental discipline.
Robbie, I actually posted the above to test a theorem. I dont know why, but the nice guy in me is going to offer help again to you. I wanted to test your mental stabilty. Come on m8, give the guy a break. You are spot on with your thoughts on the hands but you could word it better.
The countdown to busto tick tock remark, along with others are obviously going to wind him up. As for the bolded part, why? You just seem to love winding him up and that is slightly out of order.
It's fine wallet Iv said to the guy not to post on my diary but he must have nothing else to do so let him enjoy himself. I love when he has to tell me what a nice guy he is lol tbh I'm gonna copy his busto comment and everytime I'm achieved somthig or am dissapointed ill quote it as motivation.
Anyway lets nt give him the attention he wants I wrote a diary for pure poker talk not arguments, thanks for everyone else's thoughts. Can you say a better method to play the hands, as I can't really work with " I would never busy there". Say thought process and what I should be thinking next time the situation arises.
However i dont go for the airy fairy sugar coated words approach.
I just say it how I see it, I undertsand it might seem abrupt. But if I posted some hand histories the last thing I would want is people to come along and try not to hurt my feelings.
If I play bad I want to be told plain and simple. Far more effective. Of course some people are far more open to constructive and logical criticism than others........
Plus of course some people dont even understand when they are told plain and simple, wrapping it up in sweet nothings would be a complete waste of time.
With regards to the bolded part, if you want to be along term winning player, you need mental stability in order to cope with variance. I see that as a perfectly acceptable point to make.
If op wants, there is a fully functioning ignore feature at his disposal.

You talk a lot of sense and I agree with 90% of what you say. Just don't agree with some of the stuff you have written, like telling him you hope he goes bust......harsh.
robbie should take the majority of your advice on board though because I would not like to see him or anybody go bust.
Hand 1: When that oppo minraises turn we are only getting called by better when we jam, may seem tight but i find a fold to the minraise on the turn what are we beating in his min raising range on the turn? he would flat with a draw after checking, so the check minraise should set the alarm bells off.
Hand 2: Argument for folding the turn, i know our hand looks pretty but even if we get there we could be up against fh/ better flush.
Hand 3: Would of played the same, when we isolate this specific player the flop is looking good for us ul.
Hand 4: Don't mind the jam vs this oppo, although it's very close he can definetly turn up with worse.
Hand 5: Turn card should slow us right down, i know the flop is a monster but this is like the nut worse turn so we should be looking to try get to the river cheaply not just shovelling our money in as we are only being called by trips, boats and bigger flush draws at a push here and our equity against all them hands is not very good.
Had an awful start to the day myself, i'm brutal with myself about each hand and it helps when i get back to the tables, gl if your playing tonight.

The last time Calc tried to help you, you ended up insulting him.
Again today, he was offering you feedback on your hands, and you started off again.
If you don't want people to comment on your hands don't post them.
cheers benc, iv forgot the hands but ill look on previous page tomorrow and take your advice in.
You seem to be doing good tonight so well done. Iv enjoyed playing with you this week, been an interesting battle and I was impressed with your play. You still up for hand history review some time this month?
Larsson why u talking silly, I cant even be bothered to state what iv already said. Ill press ignore for cal when I finish this anyways. Look how benc wrote his comment. Explain it well nothing rude, then told me how his doing.....that's all I want. Theres a way of talking to people, if you don't have the right approach in life no one will respect you or listen to you, no matter how much you no.
Anyway I took that critism on board and was very up for tonight game. Had a few points to prove I felt. Played the best iv played this weekend, was solid in my positions got max value for almost every hands. Must have been about 4 byins up I think even though I lost about 1 and half early on I didn't tilt. Like I said some points to prove. Ended up making a terriable call on flop when shoved into with gutshot/K high flush draw for £30 pot, I need to stop these mistakes, as im winning a fair few hands, im just losing too many aswell. Finished 1.6 byins up.
Also played my longest hours today, 10 hours, as I wanted to know I could do no more for the promo, iv given it everything this week I can do no more !

I was just annoyed when I said that, and I probably shouldnt have
I retract that remark.
