This is for players of all stakes. The idea is copied over from the 2p2 beginners forum which can be interesting to read and see how others in the community are doing and the fluctuations which their rolls take.

Post:

    Stake: 4NL (2/4p)

    BR: £86.36 (+26.36)

Goals: Build up to around £100-120 then start playing two tables. Eventually progressing to 10NL.

Very similar to you Dead lol.

    Stake: 4NL/8NL depending

BR: £81 (+81 overall, -29 for the week)

Goal: Build a solid bankroll to about 200, before moving up the stakes. Playing DYM STT's whilst my play is going bad to limit the damage. As for my game perhaps being more aggressive when betting as it has cost me by losing always to the river card

20NL and your bankroll is £10? That's not even 1 buyin. Enjoy going busto!

    nice thread mate...

    Your stake:
    dym (3.30 or 5.50) cash (4NL)

    BR:
    £303.50

Goals (Short term & Long term)
Reach 10NL any time this year

    Plan of attack
lean towards cash tables and grind away on 3 tables rather than dym... play for like a month and see if im winning then if so move up to 8NL and so on until 10NL.

Gavin its nice to see your so confident in your abilities but constructively I would suggest starting lower I converted 10 into 100 in just over a week in just the 8NL let alone the 20NL but also you gotta be aware playing high tables with a low BR that when you get them bad beats its gonne be harder to pick yourself up cause you are chancing losing the lot in one go.

Also consider STT's DYM's cause they are beneficial for starting out BR cost little win is yes little but little and often is better than bust in my opinion.

Wrong thread Gavin..... this is out and out gambling/spinning up, not bankroll building.

You should start a 'degen spinup' thread ;)
    You're currently under-rolled for 1p/2p nl

Its not that i started with £10 as my bankroll, im always withdrawing my money, i start with a small amount and build it up, works everytime, i play better when im under a tough challenge, i have enough money in my poker bank account to start with a bigger bank roll but like i said i enjoy the challenge
