If there is a next time you rail me AJ can you please go on another ciggy break?

Try and stay in were your parting words. I think I spun up from 10k to 100k in those few minutes which set me up nicely for the FT.

Nice one. £100 profit much more than a "token" success.

    WP Pom.

Any more token success stories? Maybe Tikay could blog about them if we get a few?

For anyone else saving tokens, Belsibub has come up with a work around to pick and chose which tokens you use to stop you losing change. This is important if for example you have some £2.30 tokens you want to keep for a few months until worth a big entry but get say 2x£2.50 tokens from a different promotion that have to be used during the week...

I got 2 £2.50 tokens thank's to my free entry into semi & had a couple of £2.30 ones stashed for a rainy day.Got round not using up my £2.30's(which was what the software wanted to use first) by buying to any mtt's with a buy-in less than the value of 1 token with a start time a good way off & seeing which token was used then de-reg'd(getting the tokens back) the mtt's that took the short use tokens & reg'd for what i wanted to use them for. Finally de-reging all the other mtt's to regain the tokens i wanted to keep.
    Simples lol.

I can see why you might struggle to spend £560 in Thailand at the moment with the country in official mourning.

    from BBC news...

""Access to entertainment, including restaurants, bars, and shopping areas may be restricted and you should behave respectfully when in public areas," says the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

The death of a senior member of the royal family has in the past meant that bars and entertainment venues were closed and convenience stores stopped selling alcohol.

Thailand's Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha has already said that "all entertainment functions must tone it down for 30 days." Bangkok's notorious red light districts had already begun shutting up shop on Thursday evening.

"Refrain from any behaviour that may be interpreted as festive, disrespectful or disorderly," Australia's foreign ministry says, warning that there may be some disruption of commercial and public services, especially during the next 30 days."

The £5 MTT Mission tokens came and went on a ETT.

    First £2.30 in the bag.

Logged on this evening and thought I may as well go for some MTT points while they are double to make sure of another £5 worth of tokens. Went quite well.

First of all, allinsatted the PLO UKOPS semi at the 2nd attempt so a total of £1.30 and then managed to get 1 of the 3 seats, only as I qualified last week that meant a £55 win. I also managed to all-in-sat the £55 quickdraw, only neither the sat nor the table spawned so nearly missed it and another £5 B/H I had regged. Got a head in the £55 b/h for a profit there.

Also cashed a B/H and a freezout in fact only blank was the £2 rebuy which I went quite deep in but lost JJ v A7s.

One down side is totally lost the plot on the MTT spreadsheet as missed some results with my tables not working correctly, and not sure how to record the sats. Suppose I should just record the cash seat value with the sat buy in and then take it off as an entry into the main event like normal? Too tired to figure it out now.

I could get to like this sats for cash mullarkey though.

For balance to the recent brag posts, bricked everything last night (well apart from £1 in the rewards FR and a couple of bounties). Bubbled the 10pm £5 turbo freezout. I have just discovered this and like the timing and I do prefer freezouts. Prefer a longer structure but that would either mean starting earlier which I cant do so much or staying up later which isnt good on a regular basis.

I think I will try a little harder to sat onto some bigger events but also want to get some plo8 volume in. Only regged the last two FOSPs last night and performed badly.

Havent kept tally of my MTT points, but I am guaranteed a £5 token and may have got a £10 one but probably a bit short.

    Great result at Norwich.

Our reserve game v Newcastle not so goood.

Hopefully the 1st team fixture goes a bit better.

Given the run of form in hte league, that game was a distraction from our promotion push (3 points off the play-offs). The previous round at Bournemouth was a distraction from our relegation battle.

With results coming against the top teams in the division recently I think should we get a result on Saturday v Newcastle, Grayson will pick up manager of the month. Not sure if anyone has ever won manager of the month when they have lost a game 6-0 but that is a distinct possibility.

With all this points promotions, kind of hard to pick up rewards tokens. I got £5.25 rewards last week, so £2.30 cash will be reserved for the big buy in.

I also managed to get £10 in tokens for the MTT Mission but of course they have to be used, so I used belsibubs token juggling trick to used the 2x£5 tokens without losing any value and saving the £2.30.

On Fri/Sat I took on the big boys in the PLO8 £11 and £16.50 games, had a slightly losing friday and then lost all 4 on Saturday so took a bit of hit while gaining plenty of points. I dont think I did anything wrong in the 4 losses, althoough I defintely made mistakes on the Friday.

Just one of those nights where starting hands are poor, flops are missed and at the business end every time I potted I seemed to run into Eon with decent aces. When at a certain stage of the dym and you get repotted by Eon, you know you are in trouble but pot committed you just have to go with it. When I did manage to get it in good, outdrawn. Can happen at any time but it has knocked my B/r down so will not be taking higher shots for a while.

Token fund = £2.30 + £4.05 cash. A way to go for the next big one. I am targeting xmas ukops.

Really looking forward to the PLO UKOPS next week. I doubt I will have the time to play many other events but will try and SAT into something else when I have the time and will definitely try a few UKOPS minis.

    GL all

Had a quiet week on the tables,
Qualified for another token, but also lost one when it was used for a £5.50 buy in when I had 2x£2.75 tokens, The £2.30 was credited by CC so that goes to the total.

£2.30 token plus £6.35 cash in the fund now.

Entered my 1st UKOPs event today, managed to sat into the £22 B/H at the 2nd attempt in an all-in one. Dropped alot of chips defending blind and hitting a u/d straight draw, catching a rivered pair and paying off a rivered flush. Bounced back with a double up from QQ then went pretty card dead. Managed to get one head with a lucky KJ v QQ, even luckier in that I was all-in v the only player left in I had covered. Shortly after lost a standard flip 66 v AK otherwise it could have got interesting.

Still I am having a profitable UKOPs so can't complain.

PLO event tomorrow. Hopefully I will be able to sit for the 730 start.

Been having problems with the browser recently but the download client being trialled seemed to work ok.
