    Really happy with this.

Will also be my lowest weight from the whole of the last year or so.

Looking forward to sub 13 stone.

I've had a shocking couple of weeks and haven't got the guts (pardon the pun) to step on the scales! Back on it now though so will be weighing in next week and hoping there hasn't been too much damage.

Great progress @LARSON7 keep it going.

Bad week, though was expected, due to 4 days up at SPT Manchester where it's not possible or practical to stick to my diet food. Due to the long days, I have a cooked breakfast at 7am, nothing all day, then a greasy burger at 2 or 3 am.

I can't exercise whilst away either, & I was unable to resume my daily walks when I got home as I was a little under the weather.

Really, I was please to get away without gaining wight, truth be told.

So I'm behind schedule now, plus my weight loss the previous week was very small. The older I get, the harder it seems to be to lose weight.

    Anyway, on we go.

PS-Tikay-you find it easier than most losing weight.
It's maintaining it afterwards that is key...

I'm not sure I find it easy, it's far from it.

As to maintaining it, yup, I am the absolute worst.

I've been doing this annual diet for over 40 years now. Never fail to lose 2 or 3 stone, never fail to pile it back on.

Are you sure you are old enough for this?

That's fantastic - no weight gain despite being away for a good few days.

And having lost well in excess of a stone in such a short time is incredible. Doing brilliant.

Well done Phil for loss since the start of the year.

    Keep at it Waller.

I always find after a bad week stepping on the scales really helps focus the mind for the forthcoming week.
