    2lb loss on the week, pleased with that as although I've eaten correctly, I've not been able to do my daily walks again this week.

    Won't be easy from here on in, but if I can manage 1lb or 2lb every week, that'll do nicely.

    The 12's still seem a very long way away though.

    On we go.

    Not great, but steady enough, though at this rate, 12 stone looks a million miles away.

    Psychologically, it'll feel better when I get below 13 stone, sort of "last lap".

    On we go.

    Trendy socks there TK, I've decide to have a go at this fat club thingy, I took a heart attack after the Gers game on Sunday ( It's amazing what a late equalizer can do to you ) out of hospital yesterday back home so I think it's time I did more excercise and cut down on the grub, I've not been working for a while and I've become a lazy sod, I weighed in at 15 stone which for somebody who is 5ft 9 in is a tad overweight, I am going to get a wee plan goin and hopefully lose about 3 stone and get a lot fitter.

    Really happy to have seen a loss this week!

    Almost a stone in 2 months.

    And well done Tikay on another chunky loss.

    Top work @LARSON7 .

    What weight are you aiming for?

    @rabdeniro

    Jeez mate, that's shocking news.

    Make sure you start exercising once you feel as little better - that's VERY important.

    The body has a remarkable capacity to heal, but you need to eat the right things & exercise regularly.

    GL with the diet mate, you can do it.

    Tikay, would be really happy with another stone.

    Was having a look at the NHS BMI guide it was saying around about 7lbs would be within a "healthy" range.

    Hi all,

    So when I rejoined Slimming World in January I weighed in at 24st 1/2lb

    At Mondays weigh in I scaled 23st3lb (which was actually a gain of 6 1/2 lb over the previous week yes it all went to rats).

    However back on plan, back at the gym (cardio only atm) and will post each week using the figure from the Monday weigh in.

    Target weight is 14 stone. The BMI actually shows that my ideal weight is 12st 6lb but like my doctor said "Get real".

    Well here goes, nothing like public accountability to focus the mind eh ?

    Here's hoping you see less of me (couldn't resist)

    @TheEdge949

    You are certainly correct about public accountability, be it trying to lose weight or playing poker, in both cases it is an enormous help.

    A+ for the closing pun, too.
