Nice work getting over the £80 mark, big milestone.

You mention 2 tabling, with this BR I would play minimum of 3 tables, maybe 4 if you can do that.

Had another session today, was going to play longer but want to sit and watch mastercash, might learn something lol.

Anyways a good session 0 hands lost over 50p which helps and only got it in behind once, AQ v KK where i binked.

    Closing Balance: £97.91

    Didn,t think u could get Ch 865  _

ps - Not got that link yet

i was cursing the person on her the other night who said I was "madcrazy" still playing the Nl4 as i moved to Nl10 , 4 tbling and w/o reads - lost 5 buy-ins of £10 within an hour and went to bed

Somehow made it back playing bout 3 or 4 £5 DYm,s and NL10 , but just 2 tabling

i missed Mastercash, but hopefully i .ll catch the repeat if anyone knows when its on?

Played for an hour tonight on 1 table just to concentrate on reads and played well on a tight table, apart from 1 and got some good bluffs in which is just not worth doing at NL4
    BR £150
BR £234.52  + £30 bonus to come but not sure how much to withdraw if any t all

2 hands of note against the looser player

After an hour or 2 of NL10 and losing an early buy in after running my str8 on the river into a flush on the river i got most of it back then this one which was strange and could have gone either way as it had been a bit of a nitty table
Played a bit of NL4 with Don . Took a buy in off him and gave it away on a k10 AIPF (sorry m8)

I knowo ur were down a bit but keep the diary goin and you,ll  soon get it back

Sorry Don, but grow a set. You've more than doubled your starting BR and making progress, then one bad session and you're gonna quit?

I had a similar run last night and my BR is right back where I started nl4. I lost with my value hands through coolers not bad play, and if I play that way consistantly I think I'll be ok.

    Did this really happen?

At least your aces held it seems ;)

    -----------------------

Closing BR is still 74 quid? You're still beating it then, and have 18.5 buy ins, why all the fuss.

    Mon the Don! Back on it this afto . . . . . . . . .

Drama queen, get back on that bike

    Grind it baby !!!

I still say your head is not right for cash, you can't take the swings.

Percentages wise, ok oppo's have hit 6%, 2% 12% trs on me so now it's my turn to run good

Variance is good for you because it will always spin around if your playing the same way and while some night you always get outdrawn - other nights you can not lose a pot even when behind -

Everyone is equally as lucky and un lucky - dont' believe the HYPE !!!

    OK BIG MAN

    Donald!!

You have been doing well mate. Your at £73 quid, and what did you start at £30 odd? Youve more than doubled your BR. why quit now cos of one bad session? madness. Losing 6 BI in a session is standard once in a while. Just gotta ride that varience and not tilt!!! Keep a level head please.

Good luck and keep this diary going, its good reading.

you shouldnt play with the atitude that you are going to quit on x day
if the losing streak as affected you that much don quit the cash and build your game in tourney play
the patience you gain from this may help?

I don't mean this offensively (although it does sound it) but I've only been a regular on the forum for nigh on 2 months and I'm already sick of the 'I'm quitting...got another winning session in..lost 2 BIs, I'm quitting...I think I've really got the hang of 4nl now...got AA beat by QJ, I'm quitting', so I can't imagine how sick people like Dohh must be of it.

Personally I can't help but think it's a bit of an attention seeking thing now and it's gotten a bit boring.

Sorry if this came across as nasty, I genuinely did not mean it to.

ive slept on this. Its clear to me and it seems clear to everyone i cant handle the variance. something ive spent over a year trying to handle. yet i still cant do it.

somethings just arent meant to be.

The only reason i said the 13th i have one final tournament i cant get out of.
