a few pretty bad stack offs recently tbh. Usually my stacking off range im a nit.

  Hi Don, just like to say well done on this venture m8. Would also just like to apologise for the 63 hand v your aces.

  I only sat at the table cos there was nothing else available and i usually avoid regs like yourself and mrs b who was

  sat next to you. As you may recall i didnt play a hand for 25 mins (most unlike me) but eventually it came to me unopened

  so just stuck in standard button raise, when you raised i decided that cos of your range it was worth a call. Then flopping the
  2 pair the chips were always going in m8.

Don't quit. It's took literally years for you to get into the habit of grinding 2/3 sessions a day.

Just move down and play nl4 that u know u can beat, go back to nl8 when u'r ready to go again.

There doesn't seem to be a lot wrong with what your doing mate.

That KQ hand where you call raise pre then he cbets, best to just call down there imo as you take away all his bluffs by raising and usually only get called by better.

AA v 63 - sick canny do anything else.

A10 against two vills on that board I might just c/f as it doesn't connect great with ur raise range UTG. turn he's hit a GS so kinda sick again and also hard to fold, but maybe folding is best hard at time I know.

33 - Sos had to chuckle at that one, hope you didn't have any cats nearby lolz.

AK - good stuff.

10's - same

A10 - raise pre imo after 1 limp, as played good to lose minimum.

103 - again 2 pots bets looking for GS, be glad he weren't full stacked.

Don't quit though mate, you just gotta ride out this bad run and get the cards to hold up which they will longterm.

Day 1 Decided to start tomorrow instead. Day 2 4 tabled for an hour, lost 17 flips but broke even. Day 3 Logged on to sky but then heard about a freeroll sat into the Icelandic WSOP in Rekjavic so played that instead. Lost a flip on the bubble, and felt too tilted to play nl4 after. Day 4 BT cut me off, forgot the bill again! Day 18 Back refreshed, been working at my game whilst away. Logged on to sky but nl4 was full of regs, so decided to give it a miss.  Will start again tomorrow. Day 19 Finally got a decent session in and played well. Made 2 buy ins playing solid ABC. Really feel like I'm starting to crack it. One guy got 100xbb in pre 4 different times with pocket 2's! I had an overpair every time and held all 4 times! This level is easy I dunno what all the fuss was about! lol Day 20 Had a shocking session, losing every 60/40 and getting coolered, lost 4 buy ins.  The pocket 2's guy was back again and got it in pre twice and held against my AK. I mean SERRIOUSLY, how can he not fold??? How can this level be beaten it's impossible, they just wont fold !!!!! Day 21 Decided to treat myself to a primo sat. Then another 1. Done most of my roll before finally qualifying. Bust to a 1 outer on the bubble, sooooo sick. Really feel I can compete in these fields though. Only 2 buy ins left now but I can recover. Day 22 Having a day off to recover from yesterdays primo tilt. Will start again tomorrow. Attempted the record for most hands posted in the poker clinic in a day. Feel the feedback will really help me recover. Day 23 Lost a buy in first hand of session and logged off. How can he call ffs???? Day 24 BT cut me off again, the B*****s!!! Tea time session

Mixed session tbh. Pretty nitty fold in clinic although going by my read i felt i was crushed. Other than that i lost a large number of small pots. But was taking in a high % of big pots. Which helps.

First hand. Pretty speculative tbh, but was purely based on my reads and notes. A good note always helps make the correct desision. Still not sure about it as all the straight draws get there but turns out i was right on this occassion

Second winning cash session in a row at NL8. Ive reduced the number of tables will i build notes again and that seems to be helping. Rather than playing the hand im playing the player. This seems to be pretty key. What ive noticed at NL8 is players do seem to pay a little but more attention than they do at NL4. However maybe im giving them too much credit.

On the NL8 seem to pay a little more attention than at NL4, this might be the case against some players but overall I'd still say the standard is pretty horrific take that KJ v 77 for eg.

You should try playing NL20 where you basically have to scour the tables for maybe one or two bad players and then pray you get hands against them, everyone else are like big blocks of granite, exactly like me lol, so enjoy NL8 and then NL10 while you can .
