Agree with lambert on the BRM, you were doing really well to get to this stage and seemed like you understood you couldn't play the bigger games till you built up but doing this NL30 thing combined with your mentality, which you have to admit can be a bit iffy at times, you could have one nasty 30 minutes where you lose £30-40 and then think oh well lets just stick the rest on NL100 and gamble....., it might not come to that but just remember how much work you put in to get it up to this amount and then how soul destroying it would be to have to start from rock bottom again. Posted by Dudeskin8
being honest mate i was actually working on my mentallity while doing this. I have a method in live poker ive never been able to transfer to my online game that helps me with tilt. Its just a way of thinking but also a set routine. Ive tried to add this to online to help.
Well feel free to let me in on it cos I've just starting a cash session about 30 mins ago and so far I've had KK cracked by KJ (AIPF) anf got KK again and cracked by J3 lol. I did not slowplay them at all by the way.

Yep just waiting for last MTT to load as hate typing a long message for screen to freeze on me, so tilting lol
Going On Tilt HU As lesser hands are required to win showdowns against a single opponent there are more opportunities for bad-beats. Make sure that you do not become angry, resigned or feel the need to ‘get even’ after this happens. Playing on tilt is a sure way to lose in any form of poker – in heads-up poker the fast pace of the game make this doubly dangerous. Take a break!

U might not have tilted, but u definitely got angry.....
Moaning about variance killing u, being under-rolled, running bad, losing flips, "I lost 7 times when I got it in ahead" runner runnered, "how can they call" bla bla bla.....
And u were very resigned!......
..........Resigned to the point where you quit. lol.

i didnt quit i planned on playing an hour and getting 20 games in. I got 20 games not sure on time scale.
when did i say "how can they call?" oh when he called his stack off with 83o but i held on that occassion.
Also had a go at a guy getting 7s in against ur AQ. ......What about all the other stuff u said that u shudn't be saying? Going on and on and on about running bad doesn't make you run any better . . . . . . Posted by DOHHHHHHH
i said i disagreed with his 3bet shove for 50BB in level one. Although notes told me hed do that with any 2 cards. So i xpected it. I also stated that.
update - lambert i felt everything tht needed to be said had been said.
Diary update - Firday played Ofordable only. Didnt go well. Saturday 4 hours on NL10 for mastercash, mixed results, one table +60 the other -£20. BR at this point was £99.87.
So today. Back to the world of NL4 and the joys of fish
1) called two streets thinking my hand may still be good, miricle river of coarse, figured he had ace on the treble barrel so just shoved for value.

few losing hands being basic mistakes, so not gonna post em as i know there very basic mistakes, about £12 worth.
was struggling to sleep so decided annother session wouldnt hurt. So how did it go? Well. I didnt play long being honest. Late on a Sunday night/Monday morning isnt great grindage time i find, lots of short stackers that leave after they lose their 10-40BB stacks, and the full stacks are usually nits.
However i can work with that.
