that £5 win was probably helped due to tintin knowing that i shove with QQ JJ and AK. if it were only KK or AA that I would shove then I couldn't see tintin calling his AK when I shoved.

today I received £27.80 from cash for points and decided to withdraw £20.
didn't start until 6pm so only played 20 tables but I still did very well.
my winnings today totalled £47.08 from 11 tables large part came from £11 and £13.34 on two tables alone.
the losses today totalled £18.57 from 9 tables.
I finished with profit of £28.51. my bankroll is now £218.83

somehow after loosing 3.75 with that one I then managed became dominating with strong hands all the winning hands that got me £3+ came after I had that bad loss and it was all in just 40 minutes

didn't have much time today and few bits of bad luck cost me any profit.
Out of the 9 tables I was on, 4 got winnings which totalled £7.52 with one alone getting £5.95.
The other 5 tables I lost a total of £10.15 which again had one table alone loosing me £5.91 that table was an action table.
My final outcome was -£2.63.

managed to play on 18 tables in two sessions today both which were late.
10 tables (9nl4 and 1 action) managed to get winnings with the total coming to £25.21 with my best one being £6.83.
The other 8 tables (7nl4 and 1 action) got losses totalling £9.79 the worst of them being £6.09.
I also tried a PLOhilo tournament BI£5.50 just for a change and I didn't win anything from that.
so overall today I got a profit of £9.92 and my bankroll is now £226.12

Never ever fold qq pre at 4nl folding qq because we have no notes on someone is a mistake. Craig played the hand fine getting it in.

today was not a very good day for me I played 33 tables in total overall I got a loss of -!2.69.
I was on 20 nl4p I got winnings total of £14.01 from 9. the total losses from the other 11 was -£28.18
9 were action tables, the total winnings I got was £12.09 which came from 7 the two with losses got a total of -£4.77
I also went onto 4 nl8p tables the winnings total was £5.75 from 2 tables. the total losses from the other two was -£11.59

i decided to have a break recently as i had stopped doing my house tasks and needed to warm up for a two 45mile cycle rided on Thursday and Friday. today was my first day back and i have had a very good start on my return.
i had played on 9 tables all between 9pm and 1am with only 2 out of them 9 getting losses.
the 7 winning table give me a total of £35.60 including a profit of 10.62 on a nl8p and 16.35 on an action table
the two losses were £1.25 and £1.07
overall i finished with a profit of £33.28 and my bankroll now stand at £246.71

this villain is not very loose preflop and one that i ususally expect to hold strong hands when a check raise is done and with their only being one high card and not getting reraised preflop what i was thinking is he might be holding a set. had he min raised what i might have been temped to do is on the turn try a bluff with of a flush with my Ac being held.
but overall it was with me having two that i didn't expect to be ahead.

Not sure if that is a good fold with AA! It was this time, but more often than not you'll be miles ahead holding the bullets on a 3 5 K board, esp at 4nl. Not sure I'd have the discipline to put it down so fair play.

Edit-sorry, missed the bit about the villain at the bottom. Still not an easy fold but fair enough as played against that oppo.

that cycle ride i did was round kielder forest lake it was 90mile over all split up into two 45 mile rides round the lake.

i might be taking a break for a couple of days as i don't seem to be acting myself at the minute. In just 1 hour today my bankroll has dropped from £220 to £205.
