There have been multiple reports of site issues this evening, typically "Communication error, please reload table".
It has been reported to the Office & escalated to the Tech Team.
There is nothing else I can do at this stage.
If you have further issues, please post them on this thread & I will ensure the Suits see them.
I'm going to close the other threads which reported this so we can keep all the feedback in one place.
Apologies.

I only started playing an hour ago and assumed that this problem which has been happening for near 24 hours would be resolved. Started 7 sng as soon as i logged on I started getting problems from the start to the finish of those games. I lost 3 of them. I expect refunded for those three losses (2 x £11 + £3.30) as i was clearly hampered by a problem with sky poker. Do I have to go on live chat or will it be done automatically?
7pm 3k 55£ playing a raise pot and it buffered me out of the hand ridic
7.25pm sat to 3k hyper missed a load of hands
7@7 went off at 19.25 ish too has only just reopened (19.55)
couple other tables buffered/reload message and actually reopened
All noted guys, & the Suits have their eyes on this thread.
It's been escalated to the Techies, so they are on the case too.
Feel free to contact Customer Care if you wish.
As to possible refunds, the priority right now is to resolve the issues. Sky Poker have always been fair & reasonable when these things happened previously, & I'm sure that will be the case here, but that won't be looked at until the morning.
Please don't hesitate to report further problems, as the Suits & Techies are on the thread.
On that note.
Can I have refunds for all the ones I lost today, but not the one I came third in, i would like that one forgotten about please.
It's been OK for the last 20 minutes or so. Fingers crossed, all will be well.
Many thanks for your quick response.
Opps, maybe spoke a bit too soon, minor blip as I typed this.
Just get 2-outered in every tournament before the problems start...
Tables all resumed okay after clicking reload table button. No harm done this time, just a little inconvenienced
