i take that back, the existing games work fine but stupidly regged the main and now thats got the same issue as before. must be a problem that happens when registering a game

I've spoken to the Service Desk & they are fully aware of the issues. It appears to be a site-wide (i.e., all SB&G Products) "Network Issue".
I'm not really sure what "Network Issue" means, but I rather fancy it's something external, but it's being treated as a Priority 1 & all hands are on deck.
If I hear further, I'll let you know.
I am getting many players saying the site seems to be recovering.
What priority number is the software issues that have been going on for months?
I have reports from the Service Team that the problem reared it's head again at around 9pm, but has since started to recover again.
It's an external network issue affecting many areas & businesses, so to a degree, all SB&G can do is monitor it & attempt to mitigate where possible.
Fingers crossed it's sorted soon - is anyone playing??? Otherwise expensive though isn't it, hopefully skypoker will refund accordingly. I'm currently in 5 tournies totalling £126.50; ouch. Was in some others earlier where the same thing happened; frustrating for all

With your clout Matt, I expect we'll now see new software tomorrow!

Please see my previous Post.
Hopefully, we are seeing the situation gradually recover now.

I don't know yet Tom, I'll let you know in the morning when things have calmed down a bit.
