So the second place 2 days before was just a warning shot, last night you steamrollered 500+ to take it down.

    Very, very nice.

Don't tell your daughter, she'll request another trip to Ikea!

Good things come to good people. It is hard not to believe in karma sometimes, whether positive or negative.

Have I ever mentioned the whole 'mini' idea was mine? Congrats on the win Sir.

I usually try to answer individual posts but tonight I'm really tired for some reason.
I would just like to say a huge thank you to all that have posted their congrats.
It was a strange night in the mini, I had a few other tournaments going which isn't really optimal play but hey ho it adds to the fun.
Time went on, tournaments dwindled to just the 2, and then it dawned on me that I had lasted past the bubble.
I was really short stacked on the FT bubble, omm was raising my blind every orbit, luckily enough I found a hand to shove and doubled up.
I had up to this point been playing the tournament all wrong - it's a bounty hunter :) so once I got to the final table I was determined to play more aggressive, that's where the luckbox kicked in, I shoved blind on blind - me J9, bb K9... I hit the J.
Short stack was not playin any hands until he limped Utg, I was on button with K5, don't ask me why, but I shoved,..limper turns over inevitable AA, a horrible run out ( for him) saw him getting a set of aces, not enough to beat my jammy A2345.
It was at that point I felt I could win it.
My new found aggression payed dividends in building my stack to chip leader, and when heads up with Omm ( who had played excellent ) the game lasted maybe half dozen hands, he raised my QQ , I re-raised , he shoved 66, gg.
Once again I had a wonderful rail, I was so tired as it was past 1am, I get up at 5:40, so new I would be a tad tired this morning.
I am aware of positive tilt ;)
To fin 2nd then win it in 3days ( two if you factor in I didn't play Tuesday) is incredible, I was able to make another withdrawal today which will go towards buying ( more) stuff for dear daughters new abode.
I'm on my last legs, sorry didn't reply individuals.
    Good luck all x

In Response to Re: My story : A what? Not sure I'd best ask what that means Uncle Pommy.

It's a stew type thing made with potatoes, onions, corned beef and other various stuffages. The term " lobby gobbler" was aimed at Leigh residents from Wigan ( close by enemies on the rugby) who in turn are named " pie eaters" or eighters as its properly pronounced :)
