So the morning of my trip brings good news. Another three pounds lost, that must be at least one of the extravagant milkshakes and a burger and chips allowed for 😂. In all seriousness, I am very happy with that, 2st 2lbs in six weeks. Yes it would have been nice to register in the 16’s but, if you had offered me this, when I was sobbing whilst typing six weeks ago, I would have laughed at you. My mission now is to enjoy myself, try not to be stupid, at least not every day, and when I get back, in a month, restart the fight against flab straight away. 14 stone by Christmas.

13:7 this week, put a few pounds on. Wednesday's all you can eat buffet did not help nor did Thursdays bbq and beers enjoying the sun - but gotta make the most of the good weather while it's here - the Scottish summer generally lasts 5 days and if you blink you missit back again in 2 weeks time
Hi All, Good to see some new and returning members took up the good fight whilst I was away and unable to visit the forum. Couple of nice results. So, five weeks ago I left for Vegas , I weighed in at 17st 1lbs. Anyone care to guess at the damage when I weigh in this morning?

Better news-bought some new trousers for Vegas. Waist size 4 inches less than last year
Week 1: 16st 2lb
-5lb in a week, pretty happy with that.
Starting weight. 19st 3lbs
Week one. = 18st 3lbs
Week two. = 18st 0lbs
Week three. = 17st 10lbs
Week four. = 17st 5lbs
Week five. =17st 4lbs
Vegas baby = 17st 1lbs.

Under 16st in two weeks
Before last weekend, had been pretty liberal with food and not doing a whole lot of exercise. Looking forward to getting below 13 stone.
Been some great losses across the group.

I guess it's a loss on last week! Small loss, but still a bit of progress.
Shooting for 2/3 pounds loss in the following week.
