Excellent work Tikay and Phil this week with the continued weight loss, some impressive numbers there.

    This week for me: 13:10:4

    Last week: 13:11:6

Slight loss on the week and about a stone from starting in January.

Happy for that at the end of the quarter; while progress has slowed a lot, most weeks show a slight loss.

Overall exercise has been good, but sometimes choice of food/ foods could be better, and certainly could do with having more fruit/ veg in the next quarter.

    Started 14'1 1/4.
    Today 13'7 3/4.

Lowest recorded weight of the year so far.
Going to have a real go this next week. Got Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off work so some real Willow walking time and the opportunity to eat very healthy.
    Let's do this!

Well done all! Reflecting on my targets

    start 14st 8
    14st by Manchester( not achieved)
    13st 7 by July......so

14st 6 today so back on track... It's fair to say the only time I don't eat a balanced diet is when I'm on SPT tour!( exc alcohol of course,...) so walking 2 dogs twice a day..difficult to se how I'm ever gonna get to my targets so revised target is just 14st before 08 July

Happy with the week, ate well outside of one takeaway, exercise could have been a bit better though.

SPT Glasgow was a diet & exercise disaster for me, 4 days with no exercise & late night take-away food is as bad as it gets.

Then, when I got home on Monday, I was completely wrecked physically, just tiredness after long days, & could not bring myself to resume the 3 daily walks until today, was just totally whacked & off-colour all week.

So I'd say I've had a right result there not to have lost or gained.

    On we go.

    First the bad news:

    Start 18-12
    Last weigh-in 18-06
    Today 18-08

The better news. Just completing paperwork to pick up a rescue dog (hopefully early next week). It's a Lakeland Terrier cross, that expects to walk miles every day. That should help :)
