On the bright side, I haven't remained the same weight. Meh.

1.5lbs loss this week, so just shy of 1.5 stone loss now.

Quite disappointed with this week's loss, had the perfect week of exercise & dieting, & so was hoping for at least 2lbs.

I guess with each week it continues, and after such a big loss, every pound gets harder now.

Still, I'm into the 12 stone band now. Just the 12lb to go now, pfft.

Chuffed to bits, had a difficult diet-week as Gill was down here for 4 or 5 days, so was not expecting to lose any. I upped the exercise though, so maybe that helped.

    Really pleased.

This week might not see a loss though, am up to Road to Manchester tomorrow, back Sunday, & that breaks my routine, long days, late night meals, hotel brekkies etc.

Anyway, am getting there & am pleased with progress.

Was a bit naughty during the CL games this week with chocolate, crisps & beer and what a couple of nights of football it was! Man U's result brought back memories of the 1999 CL Final and those late goals against Bayern Munich.

Exercise: Has been OK but missed out on one run + a gym session.

    Rock on sub 13:9.
