Nice starter...what did you have for your main course?
More Guiness!
And for dessert?
Not going to even justify this with an answer.
This week we stay at 13'9 3/4. Really finding it hard to really 'Go For It' at the moment. Result I believe of a combination of weather (real pie and mash comfort food time of year), nothing to really aim for with regards going away in near future etc. Going to try and maintain current weight until clocks change and then have a real concerted effort.
Anyway guys my week as it stands 16st 1lb Usual 4 day split in gym Sacked off cardio this week training every set to failure can be taxing on the Central Nervous System but is rewarding Tomorrow is a new week and booked in with PT for 11am
Breakfast 60gram porridge oats Snack 160g cooked chicken 4 small potatoes + broccoli Lunch 160g lean Mince with 60g rice snack 160g Cooked chicken 4 small potatoes + veg Tea 150g Salmon + Salad sunday is a cheat day eat what i want
Was very pleased with that, as it included 2 days up in Manchester for RtM, & I can't stick to my routine when away from home, or when travelling.
So to drop nearly a lb, when I expected a small gain was all bonus.
To be fair, I upped the daily exercise the rest of the week from 6 miles to 8 miles, so that helped.
It's not easy losing 2 stone every year, but it's very satisfying. The daft thing is once I lose it........I put it all back on again. Been like that for over 40 years now.
You must have a wardrobe for every season...12.5 stone season, 13.2 season, 13.10 season and 14.5 season.

On Friday, 14:1 when weighed, meal out on Thursday didn't help!
Disappointing week, have increased exercise in the last few days to try and get back on track.

In brighter news, put £100 on a different poker site on Monday. Up to £3,000
That's a few pounds I don't mind gaining...not bad for an outlier
Always good to know when the ground bait worked.
